Nomad Veterinary Services operates a mobile veterinary clinic that visits the Humane Society of Greater Dayton once or twice a month. NOMAD offers low-cost spay/neuter surgeries for cats only. Vaccines and parasite treatment can also be administered on the day of surgery. NOMAD does not require an income check to be eligible for services.

Because of NOMAD's popularity, appointments book quickly. All clients interested in using NOMAD’s services must visit the Humane Society of Greater Dayton (1661 Nicholas Road, Dayton, OH 45417) to complete paperwork and prepay in cash or with a credit card, before any surgery date will be reserved. Checks are not accepted for this program.
